You can select and make changes to your Healthcare benefits during the annual benefit selection window, at a new joiner window or after a qualifying Life Event.
Eyecare
At AXIS you are entitled to a company funded eye examination with your optometrist or doctor every two years. If the test reveals that glasses or contact lenses are needed for VDU work, the Company will contribute a further £100 towards the costs of glasses/contact lenses.
Health Assessments
An in-depth health assessment highlights any areas you should focus on to improve your health and avoid long-term problems. AXIS will fund the cost of a Nuffield 360 health assessment for you every two years.

When the two-year anniversary of your previous assessment is reached.
Partner Health Assessments
You can also select a health assessment for your partner by taking advantage of some highly discounted rates with Nuffield on a variety of assessment types using your Flex Allowance.

Dental Insurance
Looking after your teeth properly can be expensive. With Dental Insurance, you can receive reimbursement towards the cost of dental treatment up to specific policy limits, to help make it more affordable for you and your family. There are five levels of cover available to choose with varying degrees of reimbursement and you can cover your dependants too.
