Get fit, beat the traffic, and do your bit for the environment. The Cycle to Work scheme allows you to buy a brand-new bike and/or accessories up to the value £5,000 (including VAT).
When can I select it on MyBenefits?
You can use your Flex Allowance to fund the cost of your Cycle to Work voucher during the annual benefit selection window.
Alternatively, if you would like to select a Cycle to Work voucher at any other time, AXIS will pay for the bike upfront and you pay back the cost over a 12-month period via Salary Sacrifice.
Car Salary Sacrifice Scheme
With the Tusker Car Benefit Scheme, you have access to lease a range of brand-new cars that come complete with motor insurance, servicing, road tax, maintenance, replacement tyres and RAC breakdown cover, for a fixed monthly amount. Your repayments are made through a Salary Sacrifice agreement.
There is a Benefit-in-Kind tax applied to this benefit which is paid from your monthly pay rather than P11D.
When can I select it on MyBenefits?
You can visit the Tusker portal at any time throughout the year to get a quote and order your car. Click the 'Tusker Driver Portal' panel on the MyBenefits homepage to access your individual Tusker account through Single Sign-On.
Electric Car Home Charger
If you have off-street parking, a home car charger installation will mean you can easily and conveniently charge your EV. This benefit offers you access to a range of electric car home chargers for a monthly repayment.
When can I select it on MyBenefits?
If you have placed an order for a car using the AXIS Car Salary Sacrifice scheme, you can use your Flex Allowance to fund the cost of your electric car home charger during the annual benefit selection window.
Alternatively, if you would like to select an electric car home charger at any other time, AXIS will pay for the charger up front and you pay back the cost over a 12-month period via Salary Sacrifice.
Give As You Earn (GAYE)
GAYE gives you the opportunity to donate to any UK registered charity, directly through payroll. Payroll Giving is an easy way for you to make a real difference. It adds at least 28% more to your charitable donation and is the only way that a higher rate taxpayer can give all their tax on a donation to their nominated charity automatically.
